We offer two important services for every business owner; the Beneficial Ownership Report and the Amendment to the Beneficial Ownership Report.

Business owners need more time to focus on running their business, and our streamlined process takes away the burden of this tedious government filing requirement.

My Beneficial Ownership Information Report

The BOI Report for all companies that are registered with the Secretary of State before January 1, 2024 have exactly 1 year to comply.

Any company that is formed with the Secretary of State after January 1, 2024 has 90 days to comply.

Companies formed after January 1, 2025 will have 30 days to comply.

Amendment to My Beneficial Ownership Information Report

Any changes to your company must be reported after the initial report is filed. Every company has 30 days to file an addendum after the change has occurred.

This includes any change to the following:
Legal name of owner/s
Company address
Company officers
Company stock certificate
Percentage of ownership
